It’s that time of the year again! Team photos will be on March 28th and April 11th at the NOKC soccer fields.

NOKC Annual Meeting and Elections will be held at SoccerCity on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 7:00pm.

THE NOKC FITNESS AND SKILLS SUMMER PROGRAM

This is a 4 week program that meets 3x a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9-10:15am at NOKC fields. The first half of the session will focus on soccer related speed and agility; the second half of the session will consist of individual skills and small sided games.

Dates: Month of June, 2014
Ages: 6-10, Boys and Girls
Cost: $140 for the month (or $45 per week)

**This is so much better than just a normal speed and agility course as it is soccer specific, tailored to a sport that requires explosive sprints and change of direction. It will also improve their technique on the ball and their physical fitness in a fun but competitive environment!!

*THIS WOULD BE GREAT PREPARATION FOR 3V3 TOURNAMENTS!!*

Weekly goalkeeper sessions for Academy start March 2nd from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.

March 2nd there will only be one session for all ages from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.

March 9th and every Monday through May 4th there will be two sessions because it will be after daylight savings.

• 5:30pm to 6:30pm – 07’s and 08’s on field 17E
• 6:30 pm to 7:30pm – 05’s and 06’s on field 17E
