North OKC Rescheduling Guidelines

After notifying the opposing coach, you must notify the referee coordinator and club administrator at least seven days prior to the scheduled match with one of the two official notification methods listed here to avoid any penalties. The official methods are: (1) Submission of the Internet Notification Form or (2) Emailing all the necessary details to referee@nokcsoccer.com and nokcfc@gmail.com. Request are not official until confirmation is returned to you via fax or e-mail. Confirmation sent within 48 hrs for immediate reschedules. 1 week for all others. Games confirmed cancelled or postponed less than 1 week in advance, but more than 3 days in advanced will be charged a reschedule fee of $20.00 payable prior to any rescheduling of a make-up date. Any cancellation/postponement confirmed less than 3 days in advance will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $20.00 as well as referee fees consistent with the normal referee fees for the level and age group of the cancelled or postponed game. This fine MUST be paid prior to any game being rescheduled. Fines should be paid to NOKC Soccer and paid at the concession stand at the NOKC Soccer Complex. Please make a notation on the envelope referencing : the teams involved, the original date & time and your name & phone number. Cancellations made less than 24 hrs before match should be directed to (405)323-8705. If a reschedule involves a team from an older league (u11 & up), the NOKC team is responsible for all fees and this information! Weeknight Makeups include a $10.00 fee (U7-U10) and $30.00 fee (U11-U19). The fee must be paid in CASH at the beginning of the match to the referee(s). 1 week in advanced will be defined as follows: 11:59 pm Saturday Evening for Saturday Game 1 week in the future. Same for Sunday game. 3 days in advanced will be defined as follows: 11:59 pm Wednesday Evening for Saturday Game. 11:59 pm Thursday Evening for Sunday Game.
