Good for all coaches, but content is aimed at younger ages
EVERY COACH THAT WORKS WITH YOUTH SHOULD GO THROUGH IT!
This is up and running! I have taken it. It is really well done. It is less than two hours of online tutorials. Very professionally done and excellent information. They use REAL kids and show videos of every coaching technique they go over. Really is a brilliant introduction to the modern methodology of coaching youth players.
When you sign up for the USSF F License, you also get access to the Digital Coaches Center. This suite of resources is worth 10 times the $25 it costs to register for the F. The Session Planner itself is $200 if you were to purchase the software on your own!
The $25 goes straight to US Soccer, so OSA gets none of that. If every coach went through it, the quality of coaching and player development would jump up drastically.
